  • We added a new coach for Strength and Conditioning! Blake Campbell for Fitness and Conditioning at 6:00pm Monday and Wednesday. 
  • Also, Joel Haro is now teaching the Beginner Muay Thai class at 6:00pm Tuesday and Thursday. Come take advantage of these classes taught by experienced professionals.
