  • Single shoulder bridge
  • Escape when opponent let’s go to attack 

Mixed Levels-GI

  • Guard pull to Tomo Nage & Tripod sweep, Kick sweep & Sickle sweep. 
  • Gripping discussion. 
  • Continue on head position & finishing cross knee pass. 

NOGI

  • Continue K guard for leg entries from upper body attacks. 

BJJ Youth 5-7 

  • Warm up games
  • Lose back control to mount

BJJ Youth 8-12

  • Warm up games
  • Triangle from the back when rear Naked  choke isn’t available

  • Warm up games

MUAY THAI:

  • Kumikata: Gripping review 
  • Tachi Waza: Sumi Gaeshi from cross sleeve grip

MMA:

  • Small gloves shin pads MMA sparring
  • Down Block counter to Head Inside Single.
