  • Preventative escapes against Underhook and Head control from Side Control. 
  • Turning to the knees and follow ups.

Mixed Levels-GI

  • 3 stages of Knee shield passing 
  • Pressure & No Pressure 

NOGI

  • Attacking the back from turtle 

BJJ Youth 5-7 

  • Warm up games
  • Crucifix control

BJJ Youth 8-12

  • Warm up games
  • Body lock takedown to crucifix-add one arm choke. 

BJJ Youth 12-16

MUAY THAI:

Fundamentals

  • Bring your mouthpiece 
  • Teep and round kick counter  drills 
  • Light kick sparring rounds

Mixed Levels

MT Youth 5-7

  • Conditioning

MT Youth 8-12

MT Youth 12-16

JUDO:

  • Kumikata: Gripping review 
  • Forward and Backward O Uchi Gari

MMA:

  • Small gloves shin pads MMA sparring
  • Punches and Knee taps

MINDSET/ THOUGHTS:

No gi: The back is the safest place to attack from. Transitions to almost every other attacking position. 

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Reminder to sign in for every class 
  • Drink MORE water during the day so you’re hydrated for class!
  • NO cell phones on or near the mat. Leave them in your bags.
