  • Weather changes and cooler temperatures often times bring the flu season as well as continuing with our Covid protocols please stay home if you exhibit any symptoms. 
  • Fight week! If you don’t want to participate please use the time to drill. 
  • We added a new coach for Strength and Conditioning! Roy “Gonzo” Gonzales for Fitness and Conditioning at 6:00pm Monday and Wednesday beginning October 1st. 
  • Joel Haro for Beginner Muay Thai at 6:00pm Tuesday and Thursday. Come take advantage of these classes taught by experienced and upbeat professionals.
